Community Meeting

What Happened on Wickenden

Ward 1 Councilman John Goncalves let residents down when he ignored their concerns and refused to oppose another project by the same developer on Wickenden Street in Fox Point. The developers reiterated that apartments will be rented at market rate while residents were concerned about "slum" conditions. Read more here.

Their Proposal 

See for yourself the developers' proposal to the CPC. It jams in 58 tiny apartments - many in bizarre shapes - into five floors, all tightly packed onto an 8,000 sq ft lot. It has just 4 (tandem) parking spaces for tenants. See more here.
