Dear Councilor AnderBois:

As a constituent of Ward 3, I urge you to reject the R-4 rezoning of 103 Evergreen Street, should it move through to the City Council and the Ordinance Committee. The proposed project is well outside the character of the Mt. Hope neighborhood and has the potential to disrupt traffic and parking in the neighborhood. R-4 zoning is too lax and Mount Hope/the East Side should not bear the brunt of increased density. Additionally, I am concerned that developers involved in this project have a negative track record of developing and managing similar units. I do not support this project.

Respectfully,

Dear Councilor [Name]:

As a constituent of Ward [#]/resident of Providence, I urge you to support Councilor AnderBois in rejecting the R-4 rezoning of 103 Evergreen Street, should it move through to the City Council and the Ordinance Committee. The proposed project is well outside the character of the Mt. Hope neighborhood and has the potential to disrupt traffic, parking, and quality of life in the neighborhood. Spot zoning of R-4 is problematic for many reasons and not appropriate in this case. Too often neighborhood like Mt. Hope bear a disproportionate burden of residential density in the city. Additionally, I am concerned that developers involved in this project have a negative track record of developing and managing similar units. I do not support this project.

Respectfully,
